New venue – new set-up! The mini-ramp course at the Olympic Lake was in 2025. This year, the BMX riders had to put their skills to the test on an 80-metre-long jump line right in the middle of Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Square. Starting from the eight-metre-high roll-in, the challenge was to find the right flow over the three kickers set up in succession whilst pulling off the best tricks – perfect timing included.

Skateboard

Same venue – new discipline! The Vert returned to the Olympic Park in 2026. As at the 2013 X Games, the halfpipe was set up on a platform in the Olympic Lake, in front of the grass terraces. And it was a real celebration! Not just for fans of skateboarding legends Tony Hawk and Bob Burnquist, who helped popularise vertical skateboarding. All the other MASH visitors were also keen not to miss this contest, as the four-metre-high and 19-metre-wide vert featured spectacular tricks and plenty of airtime.

A celebrated contest – new challenges! As the best wakeboarders took to the water at the lower part of the Olympic Lake, in front of the Olympic Tower, it was a case of quickly securing a spot on the shore. Because what the top athletes put on display was truly world-class. Once again, spectators were treated to thrilling runs on a challenging course.

Mountainbike

New contest – a spectacular comeback! This year, the mountain bike pros celebrated an action-packed revival at MASH in the Olympic Park! A brief look back: during MASH’s first three years, from 2014 to 2016, the Swatch Prime Line mountain bike slopestyle contest was part of the programme and thrilled the crowds. In 2026, the mountain bikers were back in action. Like the BMX riders, they used the 80-metre-long jump line on Hans-Jochen-Vogel-Square.

Street dance

RED BULL DANCE YOUR STYLE

At the Theatron, the event was called Red Bull Dance Your Style X MASH. Red Bull Dance Your Style is all about pure improvisation, energy and the crowd’s vibe. Whether it’s hip-hop, house, locking, popping or voguing – every street dance style is allowed. In spontaneous one-on-one battles, the dancers have to prove themselves to randomly selected songs. It’s the audience alone who decide who goes through to the next round. It was precisely this mix of musical surprises, individual style and a direct connection with the crowd that made the final and decisive qualifier of the Red Bull Dance Your Style Germany Tour such a unique live experience.
